Oskar Blues - Class at Total Wine

Tonight we had a great opportunity to attend a brewer spotlight class at our local Total Wine store. The guys at the store put on an amazing class and we were very happy to be included. This months spotlight is Oskar Blues out of Colorado. I have tasted a few of their beers and we have some friends that adore it, so getting to try the full line up was a great treat!

We got to taste seven different beers total during the class. We learned a great deal about Oskar Blues, and how they are truly a pioneer for the craft beer industry. My favorite of the night was definitely the Beerito! We have been wanting to head to Colorado for a bit now, so this class might be what just pushes us over the edge and gets us there. I definitely encourage you to check them out - if you need to find them, Total Wine has a pretty big selectio
